By browsing this website or engaging my services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
I provide custom creative services including brand identity design, website design, and related digital work.
Each project is defined individually. Scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.
2. Deposits & Booking
To reserve a project start date, a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures time in my schedule and covers initial planning, research, and preparation.
3. Payments & Cancellations
Payments may be processed through third-party platforms or invoicing methods, depending on the project.
If a project is canceled at any stage, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable. This reflects the time and work already invested.
Work will not be delivered in full until final payment has been received.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Process
All concepts, drafts, and unused design work remain my intellectual property.
The Final Work
Once full payment is received, you are granted the right to use the final approved designs for your business.
Portfolio Use
I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been agreed upon in advance.
5. Limitation of Liability
While I aim to deliver high-quality work, I do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
I am not responsible for any indirect losses, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or missed opportunities.
While I aim to follow general web accessibility best practices, I do not guarantee full compliance with all legal requirements or accessibility standards. The client is responsible for ensuring compliance based on their specific industry and location.
